About Festival of Trees
WHAT IS THE FESTIVAL OF TREES?
On December 4, 2013, The Festival of Trees Gala and Auction will light up the night at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis – Chesterfield! One of the most unique and exciting events in town, the Festival of Trees will offer an evening of elegant dining and dazzling entertainment, along with both silent and live auctions.
Since its inception in 1983, this volunteer-driven event has attracted more than 50,000 attendees from across the bi-state region and has raised more than $1.5 million in support of autism programs and services. This year, more than 500 people will attend the gala.
WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES OF THE FESTIVAL OF TREES?
Proceeds directly benefit children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and their families, who are served by Life Skills Autism Services.
Autism is an epidemic with no cure…in fact, 1 in 72 children in the state of Missouri will be diagnosed with this mysterious disorder. At Life Skills, our focus is on providing comprehensive therapies and services, which will help our clients with autism and their families build stronger, happier lives as part of our community. We believe all people should be treated with dignity and respect. All people should have choices and control of their own lives. And, all people can learn, live, work and participate in a community that values their contributions, regardless of their disability.
Know that through your sponsorship of the Festival of Trees, you become an integral part of this community, which brings help and hope to the lives of more than 3,000 individuals and families impacted by autism throughout 95 counties in Missouri.
Special thanks to our 30th Anniversary Festival of Trees presenting sponsor:
